About Dr. Carrie Register-Haley

For as long as I can remember, writing has been my sanctuary. As a young girl growing up in the Midwest, I clung to journals, poems, and diaries to make sense of a world that often didn’t make sense to me. I wrote through the confusion, the pain, and the unanswered questions life hurled my way—trying to find clarity where there was chaos. Writing was where I could speak truth without interruption, and it became a lifelong companion.

My story is one marked by resilience. I endured deep trauma—sexual, emotional, and physical abuse—from early childhood into adulthood. Relationships with family, friends, and partners were often fractured, and for a long time, I internalized the turmoil. I kept asking, What’s wrong with me? That question ignited a journey of self-inquiry and academic pursuit.

After high school (and one failed year of college), I enlisted in the United States Army, where I served honorably for over two decades as a Warrant Officer. It was during my military service that I committed to studying psychology—not just to earn a degree, but to uncover the roots of my own suffering and, in time, help others find healing too. I earned my PhD in General Psychology, became a Certified Executive Coach, and went on to found Revelation of Investment Coaching (ROI-Coaching). Every title I’ve earned, every certification I hold, has been driven by a deep desire to transform pain into purpose.

Today, I write not from a place of needing to fix myself, but from a place of deep understanding that life is not something to be solved. It is a sacred unfolding. My books and journals are invitations—to journey inward, to shine light on the hidden places, and to know that healing is not about perfection, but about presence.

Whether you find me in the pages of a journal, the classroom, or a coaching conversation, know this: I’m showing up with my whole self—faith intact, voice clear, and heart wide open. I don’t have all the answers, but I do believe in the power of telling the truth, trusting the process, and writing your way through it.

Welcome to my world. I’m honored to walk beside you.
